Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the EnterCarts Studio suite, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the tools immediately.

2. Authorized Commercial Fulfillment Use

EnterCarts grants merchants and warehouse personnel a revocable, non-exclusive license to utilize our browser-based utilities solely for lawful packing desk operations, thermal label cropping, SKU sorting, and shipping manifest management. You agree not to attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, inject malicious payloads, or disrupt our web services.

3. Independent Third-Party Status

EnterCarts is an independent logistics software suite engineered for third-party merchants. EnterCarts is NOT affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or formally connected to Flipkart Internet Private Limited, Meesho (Fashnear Technologies Private Limited), or Amazon Seller Services.

4. Merchant Quality Assurance

While EnterCarts applies pre-calibrated label coordinates based on carrier standards, the seller retains sole responsibility for verifying that barcodes, recipient addresses, and tracking codes print clearly and meet carrier scanning criteria prior to handing packages to pickup personnel.

5. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without representations or warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall EnterCarts be held liable for delayed dispatches, logistics carrier penalties, or lost packages resulting from thermal printer misconfigurations or third-party courier discrepancies.

6. Revisions

We reserve the right to refine or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued usage of our utilities following published updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
