EnterCarts Studio is provided as a 100% free web utility for eCommerce merchants, warehouse packing stations, and dispatch personnel. Because no subscription tiers, payment cards, or monetary transactions are billed to users, refund claims and cancellation requests are not applicable to the public web platform.

2. Tailored Enterprise Integrations

In the event that custom on-premises warehouse servers, proprietary courier API connectors, or dedicated offline desktop packaging builds are commissioned under a separate commercial agreement, payment cancellation and refund terms will be individually specified in that formal written contract.
