1. The Ephemeral Client-Side Architecture

At EnterCarts Studio, user data confidentiality is fundamentally built into our software architecture. Unlike conventional document converter websites that upload your confidential files to remote servers, EnterCarts operates 100% inside your local web browser's memory. When you process shipping manifests, label PDFs, or tax invoices, the files are rendered, analyzed, and generated via WebAssembly and JavaScript running exclusively on your device.

2. Absolute Non-Collection of Merchant & Buyer Information

Because no documents are uploaded, our infrastructure is physically unable to access or harvest:

• Customer names, physical shipping addresses, contact numbers, or postal codes.
• Financial transaction details, GST identification numbers, or declared product values.
• Marketplace seller account passwords, API tokens, or login credentials.
• PDF file contents, vector layers, or generated thermal documents.

3. Browser Local Storage Sandboxing

When you use the Meesho Brand QR Studio to save store profile links, those URLs and store titles are saved exclusively inside your web browser's isolated localStorage sandbox on your own computer. This information never transmits to our servers and can be wiped instantly at any time by pressing "Clear Profiles".

4. Third-Party Content Delivery Networks

To ensure lightning-fast global load times, static site assets (such as Google Web Fonts, FontAwesome icon packs, and the PDF.js WebAssembly worker) are delivered through verified Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) including Cloudflare. These network requests transmit only standard anonymous HTTP headers necessary to load static styling.

5. Independent Verification

Merchants are welcome to inspect our code or monitor the Network tab in browser Developer Tools (F12) while processing shipping labels. Cropping, sorting, and QR stamping run in the browser. The first Flipkart or Meesho PDF for a profile is stored once as a sample; later batches stay on the device.

6. First-time sample PDF

When a profile uses Flipkart crop or Meesho QR for the first time, EnterCarts stores one uploaded label PDF (up to 2 MB) plus the profile name and, for Meesho, the selected store. After that, further uploads are not stored. The generic Crop tool does not store files.

7. Seller accounts

If you create an account, EnterCarts stores your name, mobile number, email, marketplace (Flipkart / Meesho / both), and optional store name in our database on our own hosting so the team can see them in the admin panel. Passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes, never as plain text. You can keep using the crop tools without an account; cropping still runs in your browser.
